What is your return policy?
We are happy to return unused products in their original condition within 30 days of you receiving them. Please contact us at email@example.com with the order number and the items you are returning so we can keep an eye out for them!
Who is responsible for the return shipping costs?
We currently offer FREE returns for domestic (Canadian) customers. While we love our international customers equally, at this time they are responsible for the return shipping costs. We’re working hard on offering free shipping to everyone in the future and will do our best to announce this once we do.
When can I expect my refund?
Once we have received your returned merchandise you can expect your refund within one week. As soon as we receive your return and process the refund we will send you a confirmation via email.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives and it is damaged, simply contact firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the damage and your order number. We will do whatever we can to take care of you!
