Shipping Policy

We’ve done our best to ensure you get your handmade goods as quickly and cost-effectively as possible. In order to achieve that, all orders are shipped using Canada Post. Once you place your order, we’ll send you an email with tracking details so you can eagerly follow your package to its new home 🙂

 

Can I get my order expedited?

 

Yes you can. During the checkout process you will be presented with multiple options for shipping, including standard and expedited. The ultimate shipping cost will depend on the product you are ordering, as things like size and weight are taken into consideration.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

 

We typically will process and ship your order within 1 – 2 business days of receiving it. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number.

 

Do you ship internationally?

At present we only ship our products to Canada and the United States. We are working hard to expand the number of countries we ship to, so please sign up for our email newsletter or keep checking back to find out when we do so.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

 

We try to give our best estimate of shipping times in the checkout based on the shipping address you provide. Given the nature of international shipping however, sometimes orders can be held up by border patrol services and customs. Unfortunately because of this we cannot guarantee shipping dates to the United States.

 

Who is responsible for customs charges and duties?

 

Depending on the merchandise you order and the country you live in you may be charged additional taxes, fees or duties by your country’s customs agency. If any of these charges are imposed, they are the customer’s responsibility.
